IRDP Holds Discussion with Huawei to Prepare an Executive Program Enhancing Leadership Capability in the AI Era

On 9 December 2025, the Institute of Research and Development for Public Enterprises (IRDP) welcomed representatives from HUAWEI Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd., led by Mr. Dennis Deng (Deng Zhenguo), Sales Director, Thailand Government Account Dept and his team, on the occasion of a meeting to discuss potential collaboration in developing executive training programs for IRDP, which are planned to be implemented in 2026.

Professor Dr. Warapatr Todhanakasem, Managing Director of IRDP, emphasized the importance of Artificial Intelligence (AI), which is rapidly evolving and increasingly playing a critical role in organizational management across all dimensions. He highlighted that AI is no longer merely a technological tool, but will become a key mechanism for enhancing strategic decision-making, improving operational efficiency, and driving organizations toward accelerated and sustainable growth.

The discussion focused on the design of executive training programs that integrate knowledge and practical insights in AI, Digital Transformation, and the Internet of Things (IoT). In this collaboration, IRDP will serve as the key institution for executive training and leadership development, while Huawei will support the program by providing essential knowledge, expertise, and technological insights in abroad.

This partnership aims to cultivate visionary leaders who possess a strong understanding of emerging technologies and are capable of applying AI as a powerful driver for organizational transformation in a tangible and sustainable manner.
