IRDP นำผู้เข้าอบรม LSP รุ่นที่ 16 ศึกษาดูงานและอบรม ณ Kellogg College, University of Oxford สหราชอาณาจักร

มูลนิธิสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาองค์กรภาครัฐ (IRDP) ได้จัดกิจกรรมอบรมและศึกษาดูงาน ณ สหราชอาณาจักร ให้แก่ผู้เข้าอบรมในหลักสูตร Leadership Succession Program (LSP) รุ่นที่ 16 ระหว่างวันที่ 29 มิถุนายน – 5 กรกฎาคม 2568 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อยกระดับองค์ความรู้ วิสัยทัศน์ และสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารระดับสูงจากหน่วยงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ ภาครัฐ และภาคเอกชนเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการก้าวสู่ตำแหน่งผู้นำระดับสูงขององค์กร ในวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2568 คณะผู้เข้าอบรมได้เข้าร่วม หลักสูตรอบรมเชิงวิชาการ ณ Kellogg College, University of Oxford สหราชอาณาจักร โดย
การอบรมดังกล่าวได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิระดับนานาชาติ และปิดท้ายด้วยพิธีมอบ Certificate of Leadership Kellogg College, University of Oxford

นอกจากนี้คณะผู้เข้าอบรมยังได้เข้าศึกษาดูงาน
-Royal Mail, London เพื่อศึกษายุทธศาสตร์การลดคาร์บอนสู่ Net Zero และบทบาทด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม
-สถานเอกอัครราชทูตไทย ณ กรุงลอนดอน เข้ารับฟังบรรยายพิเศษจากท่านอัครราชทูต และทีมประเทศไทย ในประเด็นความสัมพันธ์ไทย–สหราชอาณาจักรด้านการทูต เศรษฐกิจ และการค้าระหว่างประเทศ

การศึกษาดูงานในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงสร้างหลักสูตร LSP ที่ผสานองค์ความรู้ทั้งภายในและต่างประเทศ เพื่อส่งเสริมให้ผู้เข้าอบรมสามารถนำแนวคิดที่ได้รับไปประยุกต์ใช้ในบริบทขององค์กรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมเตรียมความพร้อมสู่บทบาท “ผู้นำเบอร์หนึ่งขององค์กร” ในอนาคตอย่างแท้จริง

The Institute of Research and Development for Public Enterprises (IRDP) organized an executive training and international study visit for participants of the Leadership Succession Program (LSP) Class 16 during 29 June – 5 July 2025 in the United Kingdom.

The primary objective was to enhance knowledge, vision, and leadership capabilities among senior executives from state enterprises, government agencies, and private sector organizations, equipping them for future top leadership roles.

On 1 July 2025, participants attended a full-day academic program at Kellogg College, University of Oxford, focusing on critical leadership and management topics, including:

-Developing Human Resources as Strategic Assets
-Leadership Skillsets for Public Institutions
-Strategic Management for Public Organizations

In addition to the academic program, the participants engaged in site visits to key institutions, such as:

-Royal Mail, London – to explore strategies toward achieving Net Zero emissions and corporate social responsibility practices.
-Royal Thai Embassy, London – to attend a special briefing by the Ambassador and the “Team Thailand” delegation on the overall diplomatic, economic, and trade relations between Thailand and the United Kingdom.

This study visit forms an integral part of the LSP curriculum, which integrates local and international learning experiences. It aims to empower participants with practical insights and strategic perspectives that can be applied effectively within their organizations, ultimately preparing them to become future top-tier leaders.
